Everyone does this phenomenon several times in their lifetime. And actually, giving yourself the right to take a break before continuing your ascent is a great thing.
I often compare this to the progression of a baby in the first months of his life when he has to learn to walk but also to speak.
As a parent, we often see this phenomenon and we are sometimes too impatient or worried to see his child pause in his progress and reach a plateau.
And again, the best answer is to give him time to pause before he resumes his progress and his ascent.
